Just Pathetic

4 months later,numerous emails and calls later my query is still not resolved. Each time I'm being promised that someone will attend and get back to me but it never happens,everytime the excuse is that "we waiting on Visa",with zero accountability the blame is always swifted to Visa.How is Visa going to take you seriously if you don't even take your clients seriously. I'm so tired of this bank and their excuses 😒
