Joke a minute Bank

I stood an hour waiting at the kiosk to change my phone number...as per call centre.the lady assured me it was done. Northmead mall pick n pay. I still cannot log into ny app as they still havent changed my phone number and the otp is still going to the wrong number. I am disgusted by the NO service of this joke bank.....
