I want to Thank Jesse ( and im not sure of the name)but i called in after numerous attempts and a lot of back and forth for a month???.Jesse was patient and took me through the verify process and resolved my issue within an afternoon. I worked in a call center environment before at Managerial level and Jesse is sets the benchmark for his colleagues. I was 10 minutes late in speaking to him in person but i do trust this message will get to him. Forever gratefull Wynand ***
