I’ve had a really good experience with GoTyme Bank | Formerly TymeBank overall. Their banking app is easy to use, simple to navigate, and makes transactions quick and convenient. I also appreciate how smooth and reliable their banking services are. Recently, I needed help with a payment I made to a Capitec account, only to find out that the recipient also had a TymeBank account linked to the same phone number. Since I didn’t specify which account I was sending to, the money went to the TymeBank account instead. I was panicking because the payment was not reflecting on the recipient’s side at first, but Ntokozo assisted me patiently, explained everything clearly, and helped resolve my concern.
