For the type of banking I do the fees aren't low, it's free. Swipe are free, EFT's are free. The instant payment is so instant the recipient gets their notification that the payment is in their account even before I get the message that my money is out. Brilliant. Any query or issues I have had I was able to sort out myself on their Internet Banking or App.
