It was ok, great customer service

It was ok, great customer service. I'm just frustrated that TymeBank deducted my account for a loan that i have already settled. They deducted more than they were supposed to even if i didn't settle it. And then they tell me to wait for 7 days to get my money back while I paid them in full in less than the agreement period. What do you call that? I don't blame the nice lady who was helping me, I blame the Bank for the lack of Professionalism and their slow tech. Are they even going to pay me back my money? How am I going to pay my child's school fees and transport? I'm not happy with this
