It was a rough start but eventually a lady named Similo assisted me and she was kind enough to also do a follow up with me. When a new week started and I was getting impatient, she reassured me that my case was being processed. Soon after, I was sorted. It is with her kindness and good work ethic that she made me not lose faith in Tyme Bank. Thank you so much😌
