It is difficult to get hold of you through your lines as provided in your app. I have been trying to reach the bank since the 15th without any luck. Only after sending several emails for almost 2 weeks, I was contacted by a gentleman by the name of Hanyani Masangwanyi whose service was excellent as he had the patience to understand the background of my challenge and managed to partially resolve my problem.
