Issue the bank for falls accusations

Good day, Trust that you are well and be abke to assust me. I am havibg a problem with TymeBank. I opened ab account online i never collected my card, on the 26th june 2024 someone sebd me money from tyme bank account and went through my tyme bank account i went to picknpay to get a card so that i can withdraw the money. I was advised that my account is onhold i must call customer care which i did, then yesterday 27th i spoke to an agent saying i must verify my face online for them to unlock my account which i did n i was advised to go back to picknpay to get the card everything is sorted today 28th went back to picknpay still they can't issue the card due to same problem i call customer carw they said my name is under ***** with cellc so they dont want to deal with people like me thats why the closed my account i immediately called cellc n theres no such thing theres no ***** under my name. I am disappointed with this bank n accusing me in this such thing i want my money n they can keep the card i dont need such bank..
