I have been struggling over a month Email CEO,Complaints,***** numerous times Proper investigation was not done Good morning Sir,

I phoned in on 07.03.25. to start the process to change my surname.
I got email on my birthday, this was concluded
Later that evening got a call told me it manager they back log working after hours
They want to confirm my details was changed by Gloria the consultant I saw at stand in Festival mall was a Gloria...
Got OTP's stole mg child support money on my birthday all of it!
And al ***** department says your information was comprised.
My concern is according to my statement my money was transferred into another Tymebank user.. WHY WAS this not investigated??

My issue is Tymebank did bot so a proper investigation then it would have been established that it was inside as they send me mails and knew ALL the information only employees we trust at the bank should have known the *****sters send the money to another Tymebank acc thus meaning my money would have been found and given back to me
I never had a problem in years with the bank but now
