Inident capitec to tymebank

It's almost a month now I cannot understand why my account its closed when I phoned tymebank they told me that capitec asked to close my account now my capitec it's been resolved now but my tymebank it is not when I called them yesterday tymebank they told me must go to capitec to asked them to email the tymebank to open my account but I do not understand why must capitec must be the one to open my account to tymebank please help me it's been a month.
