Inconvenience service

I bought 1voucher via tymebank when I need voucher number they can't provide it, they call centre sack cause I spoke to Tebogo he just give 1 voucher number without giving ref or transferring me. WHY tymebank takes or provide services that they can't deliver? That's poor business standard.
