Inconsistent

I purchased lotto tickets yesterday. The only confirm is what shows as transaction. Did not receive my numbers. This morning the Tymebank app does not have any option linked to Lotto. This is unacceptable, how would I know if I won or even purchasing without confirmation of what was purchased ie my lotto tickets.
