Tymebank didn't resolve my issue as I did a transaction that was unsuccessful there was a loadshedding at that time. I asked the lady who was assisting me at the store to give me the unsuccessful receipts as it showed success transaction on my phone. I logged a complaint via an email and telephonically no one bothered to give me a feedback on my money I spoke with Mathabo,Jade,nkosinathi and others who promised to get back to me they never did,instead all of them they lie the last lady I spoke with promised me that the team leader will call me after his lunch non of that was done, like I am no longer gonna use this bank anymore as I can not trust them with my money,that transaction was a little money if that is not done with the small amount of money how much more with the huge amount,their customer service agents are *********** ************* and they are good ***** I am done with tyme bank.
