Tymebank and CCD are just too *********** in their work. I lost and blocked my card in January mid month, it is now exactly 2 months since then I am still waiting for my card to be delivered. Everytime I call I get different stories from blaming their own consultants who handled my query to blaming CCD the company responsible to deliver my card. I resorted to speaking to only one consultant Glenton even that doesn't help because he also keeps changing his story as to what is causing the delay for this card delivery.
