Incompetence

What a bunch of *********** people appointed as consultants. No telephone etiquette, No service delivery, No feedback on outstanding issues and processes that take a lifetime to be executed. Either this bank needs to operate by means of artificial intelligence or they must do away with the current consultants and replace them with people who are willing and able to do the job.
