Incompetence

Poor service, have a branch rather or just hire competent staff. Your system is not efficient and your bank cards are not safe, they don't have the option to turn off the tapping or set a limit. I got ****** and the ******s had a field day with my card because also I had to wait for picknpay to open so I can block my card, how can I recover my ****** funds, open a ****** branch where we can go for assistance. Definitely leaving this bank.
