Inappropriate deceit.
To my surprise having checked my account today in store could not transact as you have charged me unknown fess of R7, for 14 months. Whilst consultants in store at pick and pay persuaded me to apply as there were zero charges. Have not to date received any notifications. Please assist with closure thereof.
