Inappropriate behaviour at work

On the 25 of January 2022 I was at thabong shoping complex, I went to pick and pay to collect my tyme bank card, as I opened my account online, I was helped by some light skin girl, with an attitude, she was so rude, she complained ask ask me how will she get my finger print with my long nails n y did the manger from pick n pay call her because she was at the toilet, I politely asked her to continue as I saw that my nails where not that long Wich she did n I was able to get my fingerprints, I did not like her attitude she seems angry at the world pls pls teach her how to treat customers she’s not doing us any favour.
