Impressive

I assigned up online a few days and this process was hassle FREE and seamless! I went to the Pick'n pay in Cape Gate Mall to collect my card and this was also seamless (Though I took offence when the ambassador chose the "limit" for my profile without asking me or telling me what is taken into account when selecting this- she just selected the lowest amount and when I queried this she said it's the best option. That answer is not sufficient for me to make an informed decision or understand the decision that is made for me. That is the only reason I am giving the bank 4 stars instead of 5 Stars. Over and above that I am impressed with the bank - the TYME COACH is a dream! Great work guys- you have a great product and have set yourselves apart from the rest. I am happy to have a bank that supports my new acquired lifestyle of "saving". I am spreading the news to all who care to listen.Great work!
