Immediate paymnt from Capitec to Tyme bank , not reflecting

I am astounded at Tyme bank. Been using them for less than a month. I did an immediate payment from my Capitec account. Was charged immediate fee. Still no reflection. I called Capitec , they say Tyme bank is having technical issues and I need to call Tyme bank. I call tyme bank, I'm on hold for over an hr. I just want my money. I would advise NOBODY USE TYME BANK.
