Imagine being evicted by your landlord because you have money , but you cannot even use your OWN.,hard earned money.

I opened an account with TymeBank intending to use it for my financial transactions. Initially, everything proceeded smoothly until I encountered issues with account verification. Despite multiple attempts to verify my account via phone, I was unsuccessful.

Determined to resolve the issue, I visited 16 different kiosks to complete the fingerprint verification process. Unfortunately, only four kiosks were operational and had staff available to assist. The remaining 12 were unattended, leaving me without support.

As the month progressed, I faced mounting financial obligations, including rent, debit orders, car payments, school fees, and daily necessities. With my funds inaccessible, I found myself unable to meet these commitments. This situation led to severe personal hardship, including the threat of eviction and the inability to provide for my family’s basic needs.

I engaged with TymeBank’s customer service over a two-week period. While some consultants demonstrated empathy and took steps to escalate my issue, the overall response was inadequate. I received multiple assurances that my funds would be transferred to another account by specific times, but these promises were not fulfilled.

Experiencing such difficulty in accessing my own money has been distressing. I provided all requested documentation promptly and comp**** with all verification procedures. Despite this, the lack of resolution has caused significant disruption to my life.

I urge TymeBank to address these verification process shortcomings to prevent other customers from enduring similar hardships

From the bottom of my heart I just wanna say thank you to the customer service staff: Sipesihle,Ghadi,Katlego @***** Dept), Busi , & Sbongile . You guys really tried your best , and I see you : Was still no funds in my account imagine sitting up all night watching out for any particular rate in your car but at the same time you have no money to buy anything to eat but you have money more than enough in your account. It safe to say I was made homeless by a bank that I trusted. Never again
