I’m very satisfied with the service of the consultant who called me and assisted me with the change of date of debit order after I sent an email but however I’m very disappointed with the bank when I tried to call them on the number they have provided which made me to wait for long time without response for the past few days try to call with no luck of getting through with calls so it is very much inconvenient and unprofessional.
