I'm not happy with the service I got from Tymebank,I opened this account last year for business,bt no one asked me,why do I open the account my account is on debit hold you told me to send papers for business which is I don't have,It's almost a month now
I'm not happy with the service I got from tymebank I opened this account for business but no one asked me why do I open it,now my account is on oh hold I've asked to send a papers for business now it's almost a month not using my money I'm not happy at all,and what is disgusting is that no offices for tymebank I have to use my airtime to call you, you don't even call me to give me feedback I'm not happy

05 Aug 2025, 15:13I send an affidavit last week, and I was given 5days then I had to call you back to have a feedback then I was told to send another I did that todaythen they told me to send a business papers which Is I don't have, the only thing I want is my money then deactivate this account coz it does not work for me now it's like I'm a ***** I'm *****ing money I'm not happy guys, I have to borrow some monies from people whilst I have my money that you guyz blocked.
