If you dont want to help your customers, please say so....
If there was an option for a no star you would have gotten one,
Waited 2 months for you to tell me that there is compelling evidence that my card was used for purchases in India and delivered to a clinic in India on a retailer I did not even know is in business, oh and btw im in South Africa, No otp was send to my mobile number but every other online purchase I make I get an otp,

Let me start off by stating how hopeful I was to recieve a phonecall at 07:00 in the morning after my first complaint. your complaints department heard my side of the story. got my reference number and asking me to allow for 7 days,
Great right....until I got a email just after 14:00 this afternoon saying that my complaint is resolved, resolved how??? No feedback, no phonecall, no email or sms to say what has happened?
The proof is in the ***** departments inbox..
My card was used on a retailer in India, whoever got my details ordered something it was cancelled, money was credited and then used for a second order which was delivered to a clinic in New Delhi, which you have the name of as the retailer supp**** you with it,
I was told on Monday that there is compelling evidence that "my account" was credited etc etc, however im not the clinic nor do I stay in New Delhi, I do stay in Gauteng in South Africa, for the 5 transactions that went off my debit card I did not get one otp to authorize the transaction, meaning it was not me, Right?
I was instructed by your ***** department to contact the business and so I did, i also cc'd you into the email and this afternoon I was told that you have send this email to the merchant and will give feedback once they respond. They already responded,
I have been a client for almost 4 years. Never once had an issue, and the day I need your help, you forward emails, and wait for responses,
