****** Identity

This is the most useless bank I have ever dealt with! My identity was ****** to open an account on my name. After numerous calls, emails and sending them ALL the documents they required to stop the account, they still handed me over to a debt collector. Even though they confirmed over the phone that this account has been stopped, they never responded to my emails asking them to confirm it in writing. How do you even open a bank account without someone's consent??????
