Identify theft

Someone used my identity to create an account in March of 2022 without me knowing and Tyme bank allowed this ?? I had never opened an account with the bank let alone heard of the bank until today. I'm absolutely appalled by the fact that you don't need proof of res to open an account and anyone can do *****ulent activities! This is ridiculous
