Id Number registered to another account number

Im so ****ed right now.My ID number was used to open an account I don't know since 2021 Im trying to open an account but i found out about this.They said they want ID Copy,Affidavit and Police case number i already submitted Id copy and Affidavit i went to the police station today they stated that they can't open a case for me coz this account was never active it is not ***** if it was *****,the person would have used the account,they just wrote an Affidavit with an IR number.I called Tymebank again they told me I need to get a police case number even after i told them what the police said they told me about the case number which one is which????? The ***** agents take long to answer as well until your airtime is finished!
