To whom it may Concern,

I’m truly not happy with your service.

I made an immediate payment and got charged for it. An amount of R600 was deposited from Tymbank to Nedbank.

I was charged a fee of R7,00 to process the immediate payment, till this day my daughter has yet to receive the funds transferred to her account.

My daughter is in distress and cannot access the funds I deposited into her account. I’m told a call has been logged what should she do in the interim.

I have been on hold for over 30min without anyone even giving me feedback.

Im truly shocked and disappointed, I regret switching Banks
