I would not recommend TymeBank

I would not recommend TymeBank. Their service fees may be competitive, but when it comes to handling funds, debit orders, and basic transactions, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

I was informed by my creditor that a debit order had been reversed seven days after it had been successfully processed. I immediately contacted the bank and obtained a bank statement as proof, which I forwarded to my creditor. I was then advised that TymeBank needed to speak to me directly to rectify the error.

Unfortunately, when I contacted TymeBank, I found their customer service to be unhelpful. Instead of taking ownership and investigating the issue properly, responsibility was continually shifted elsewhere.

What is most frustrating is that when a correction or reimbur*****t is eventually made, it is often referred to as a "goodwill payment," as though the bank is doing the customer a favour rather than correcting its own mistake.

Based on my experience, I have little confidence in TymeBank's ability to manage customer funds and transactions effectively.
