I was promised to get a call from an Agent. To date i havent received any help....

Once again I was promised a call from an Agent even now I haven't heard from them (tymebank agents).

When am i going to get help ,When am i going to get my money back?..You promised to get back to me in 5-7 days 😪. I launched a complaint on the 12th to date y'all are giving me false promises.

I'm disappointed in you.
