I was de*****ed through a Tymebank Account

I sent an email to Tymebank, I was ****med for R3500 and I wanted help but no one responds - the person took my money for a part and it seems your bank doesn't care and don't even bother to respond to my email - is this what this bank is about that it allows *****sters to continue with the trade???
