I was being *****ed and I called Tymebank and the lady on the other line was so reassuring and kind and patient when I was panicking
I was being *****ed and I called Tymebank and the lady on the other line was so reassuring and kind and patient when I was panicking. Thank goodness I didn’t give the *****ster any of my information but it was still very scary. Portia reassured that there was no activity on my account and she walked me through how to prevent ***** in the future and she really just put me at ease. Thank you Tyme bank and all the frontline colleagues assisting customers 🤗
