I was at Pick n Pay Birch Arcres Mall in Tembisa I was very badly treated by the agent who operate Tymebank machine her name is Rose who refused to tell me her name; i found her name from Pick n Pay staff who they testified truly that many people complain about the lady. I sent email at Tyme Bank head office I was VERY DISSAPOINTED Tymebank does not know Pick n Pay Branch called Birch Arcres Mall but their machine slot is installed in that shop my complaint never being solved i believe the lady Rose thinks customer is nothing in that stage but I am so disaponted by Tyme Bank.
