I want my money

This stupid bank are not serious and money can never be safe with them. Transactions went off my bank account 2 without my authorisation I called them on the 9th of July and complained about the transaction I did not authorize they opened a ***** dispute case ID GFD 24899 they said they will call back on the 12th till today nobody allef when ever I call they telling they waiting for the company to send back the money then they'll send it to me like what the **** which bank works like that I mean my money supposed to be safe I want my ****en money you little **** ***** bank I want my stupid money. And I don't recommend people to use this bank they are *****s how can transactions go off without my permission then. You don't wanna send me back my money
