I think I am moving to a different bank!

My account is on a debit hold. No information regarding this anywhere, but telling I must call their call center. I am out of country and am noy able to do so. I contacted them on X but was advise to give them 24 hours to reply. Why is my account on debit hold when there is money in and I can't do anything with the money that is in there.
