I STRONGLY ADVICE THAT YOU DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH TYMEBANK

My sister's money has "disappeared" for the second time now within 3 months.

1st time it took weeks to get it back.

The number that the money was transferred to show as a Tymebank number on Trucaller.

We have been calling them for over two weeks now and we get transferred from one consultant to another until they hang up.

It's bad enough that they do not have physical branches to go for queries. They should at least ensure that their customers service is excellent.

She got a case number and they blocked her account. Thereafter nothing!!! No updates, nothing.

She is unemployed and makes money from domestic work. She has two daughters who had to skip school today because she has no money for their transport.

she has to keep borrowing money so she can call Tymebank. Everyday without getting any help.

This is disgusting services....
