I recently had an interaction with Portia Sekhula from TymeBank , and I want to commend her for the outstanding service she provided. From the start, she was efficient, empathetic, and professional. Even though I was venting my dissatisfaction and have an ongoing complaint with TymeBank , she listened patiently without interrupting and showed genuine empathy for my concerns. It is unfortunate that her call was about closing my account, but I have to say she handled the situation exceptionally well. She remained friendly and composed throughout, and her professionalism really stood out. Although I still stand by my decision to close my account, I can honestly say that if her role had been to retain me as a customer, she would have made me strongly reconsider. Portia is excellent at what she does, and I encourage her to keep up the great work. TymeBank is fortunate to have someone like her representing the brand.
