I need to access my tymebank account

Tymebank keep sending me emails of my monthly fees but I can't access my account because they've put it on hold. How is that fair? I can't access my money but they keep taking monthly fees. It's been a year now and I've been complaining about the same problem. I've been patient for so long now. I need to access my tymebank account. You guys have poor service. You don't even have a branch where I can go and complain to.
