I need my money to be reversed

Good day.

I am writing on behalf of my brother Vuyani Mphathi Thwala, he received money on his ABSA account and tried to transfer it on Tyme Bank & never received that money. He tried to go to ABSA bank & they didn't assist him, they can't reverse it. He must go to Tyme Bank & he went there still he wasn't assisted.

We pledge , please reverse the money cause the system shows that it hasn't been withdrawn .
