I need my money back that was deducted from my bank

Money was deducted from my account without my consent via pick n pay with a pin, I've never used that facility at all I did not get an sms that tells me money was deducted from my account as I usually transact with the card and get sms everytime but this time nothing but money is missing in my account and now your call centre told me they're investigating and feedback will be given in 7 days but till today nothing....I want my money back guys as an yesterday...no communication was given non whatsoever, how can money vanish from my account without my knowledge and this is a bank that suppose to protect me.
