i need my money back
Good day
I sent money via payshap on 17 September 2025. The receptient hasn't received the money and the money has been transferred from my side. We checked both our bank statement and verified the number but it is correct. i called you guys but the consultant said that you are aware of the problem and the money will be reversed in 30 minutes but it has not been reversed. i even sent you guys email but you havent responded.
