I must say Tymebank has the best agents, they always helped the customers with so much passion and always goes the extra mile. I think Tymebank agents all of them knows me by now I had a *****ulent case recently but from the customer care to the ***** department everyone handle my situation with so much care and ensure that I get the best service ever. I forgot everybody's name but when I called in then there was this one lady who would've always remembered my name. I would just like to say keep up the good work guys you make us feel safe banking with you guys and how queries get sorted out efficiently. Yesterday Kolisi assisted oh and what a nice person to talk to this morning Porsche made my call with the while, your agents always has the correct answers for me and always understand a customer's frustration.
