I lost R1500 through tymebank

I just used my Tymebank USSD to send money to my child for their School utilities. Shortly after i realised that one number was misplaced. The voucher was worth R1500.

I tried calling to ask the fincial department to help me with a reversal and they were unable to.

Thus was my only money because i get paid fortnightly. I dont recommend qnyone to use tymebank. Their fincial scope is poor and because of that i incurred a major financial loss
