I have opened a standard bank account 2 months ago

I have opened a standard bank account 2 months ago. The first month my pension came in the 2nd moth nothing due to sassa,but they will pay me double on 5Jan 2026. On 4 November standard bank closed my account. I transfered 300 to the account from my discovery and they blocked it without letting me know (no mails no telephone calls) now I cannot get my pension this month to
