I have not received my data twice
On the 26th of August 2022 I purchased data through my Tymebank app I bought two bundles til to date I never received it I have spoken to 9 call centre agents and they have all sent me to pillar to post and I’ve spend R320 airtime and I’ve had two call centre agents drop a call on my ear and I’ve been informed that it’s my service provider that hasn’t loaded my data I have contacted them I now how proof that tymebank has not sent me my data twice they keep telling me that the transaction was successful when I have not even received my data they went as far as to even close my case three times in the pass few days
