I have been waiting for days for assistance

I have been waiting for days for assistance. The telephone is so congested so I used the email address on the web site with no luck, trying to recover funds which only THEY can do. No Idea what to do cause there is no branch other way to address this urgency!! I emailed ALL the details and transactions with no response more than once!!
