I have been trying to get a new mandate to change my date for debit check since the 23 May 2025 and I have received no help
I have been trying to get a new mandate to change my date for debit check since the 23 May 2025 and I have received no help. I've lodged two complaints already and I was promised someone from management will call of which they never did, all I get is an automated text message. I have a list of of the consultants who have failed me in every regard. Bongiwe Masondo, Adelaide Lelaka,Tumelo Lelaka(this guy was especially non helpful) , Hanyani Masangwanyi. Portia Sekhula
