I have a Tyme bank a...

I have a Tyme bank account..was ****med out of money by a seller with a Tyme Bank account...she opened the account with a false identity document and address..how can this happen? I laid a ***** complaint...just to be notified they can't do anything!!! This is a transgression of the Bank and Fica regulations!!!!?
