I have a complaint about their service

I have a complaint about their service. They allowed Cartrack to try and deduct money from my account which I don't even have. AND without my knowledge and consent. Trying to reach them on Twitter they take ages to answer. Via email, they don't even respond. Because of that attempt deduction, SASSA SRD DECLINED ME and now I have to go sleep hungry.
